  • 2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 pint fresh red raspberries
  • 1/2 pint fresh golden raspberries
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
