  • seeds from one vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons vanilla paste or extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60gr) heavy cream
  • 2 cups (50cl) whole milk
  • 1/3 cup (10cl) heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup (170gr) sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 oz cream cheese (120gr)
