  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken (about 2 oz cooked)
  • 1 tbs plain low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs low fat mayonaise (or an additional tbs greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup gala apple, chopped
  • 1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs finely chopped red onion
  • pinch salt, pepper and stevia to taste
  • 1 piece center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • low carb wrap or lettuce wrap to serve
